External Thread Verification of Ballstuds using a New Vista System
This shows a TVM_SC verifying ballstuds. The parts are loaded by hand and held in place with a gripper. All the parts are automatically released by the gripper after being checked with the good parts going into 1 shute and the bad parts going into a separate shute. The part handler simply puts the part in place and the TVM/SC does the rest.
