Our Standalone Stations are custom designed to fit your application and can handle any parts including those with multiple threads and different planes of orientation. They can be designed to run single parts or multiple parts with quick and convenient changeover and fed by any means (conveyor, track, hand loaded, robot loaded, robot served).
This station uses two of our single spindle STH Units to verify internal and external threads in Injector Bodies. It can be hand loaded or robot loaded. Designed to verify two different part numbers and can be changed over in under 3 minutes.
This station is built around one of our multiple spindle FLX Units to verify
three M5 threads in Ballnuts. Parts are taken from a conveyor, presented for verification, and finally sorted by which production line machined it. Rejects are placed in a lock box. This station can be tooled and fixtured for a second part in under 5 minutes.
This station built around four single spindle STH Units verifies 6 M10 threads in a large aluminum Extrusion. Each thread is GO verified for pitch and length and NO GO verified for minor diameter. Designed to be loaded by hand or a robot.
This station uses a single spindle STH Unit with a combination gage to GO and NO GO verify for pitch diameter an M10 thread in a single pass. Each thread is also NO GO tested for minor diameter. The station indexes through the 8 threads to complete verification. This station is hand loaded and could easily be configured for robot loading.
This fully automated high-speed station GO and NO GO verifies Oil Filters in groups of four. Cycle time is .6 seconds per filter. Parts are off loaded from a conveyor and good parts are returned to the conveyor. Parts that failed verification are offloaded to a reject conveyor.
This automated station takes parts that have been hand loaded into a magazine and feeds them one at a time for verification. In a single pass, four M4 threads are GO verified then failed parts are sorted into a locked box.
