Features

• Together with a robot, quickly and automatically checks threaded holes (or external threads) by powering a probe (or ring gage) into and out of the part. GO gaging, NO GO gaging, and combination gaging are all possible.
  
• Will check multiple thread sizes. To change probes, the robot interfaces with the Automatic Tool Changing Station, which can have up to 10 docks.
  
• This TVU is ideal for unmanned applications where there are a number of different size threads, and a cycle that is long enough to successively check these threads.
