“Detailed, honest, no nonsense’ are words I would use to describe New Vista Corporation. New Vista Corporation was recently selected to provide our company with a medium sized piece of automation. They worked in partnership with RDO Enterprises, a supplier of induction heating equipment. Our company is a Lean driven facility, and full automation projects are not in our vision. We needed a supplier that fit the niche of simple, medium sized machines. We secured three bids on the project, two from our existing vendor list and New Vista, the unknown. Through the selection process, New Vista continued to rise to the top as the most risk free option, even though we had experience with the others. We had several meetings in the planning stage. We found New Vista to be quite detail driven and careful in every phase of the project creating a sense of confidence. In short, they planned for success. They supplied us with three options to the machine including layout drawings of each. Additionally, they were the only vendor that actually provided a guaranteed cycle time of the machine, which is critical to our justification. RDO supplied test samples and a real-time video of the process. Our team requested changes and made suggestions and they easily complied and sought to satisfy. We found Jack Wickham to be knowledgeable in tooling as well as processes and integrating the two with automation.

Their team called with a progress report weekly or more often if the need arose. They also sent digital photos of the progress. They were not evasive in any way if unforeseen problems arose nearing the completion phase. Our team visited their site twice, once to approve the initial drawings, and again for a runoff. There were no surprises along the way. We were treated kindly by the New Vista staff. We had many open and honest conversations throughout the whole process, keeping our confidence level high. In summary, I would recommend New Vista as a supplier for medium sized automation without hesitation.”
