If the washer is robot or gantry loaded, it may make sense to automatically unload the part being washed. Or, if the part is traveling on a conveyor, a V-stop can be utilized for positioning the part for accurate pickup. We use two approaches: a two-handed pick and place that simultaneously loads and unloads the washer (see photo on the right) or a plate-mounted arm that grips, raises, pivots, lowers, and releases part (see bottom photo).
