Often times, a washer is shared across a number of parts. In those cases, quick and easy changeover is vital. That is why our washers are built with one fixture receptacle and up to three sealed manifold receptacles (see picture at left). These two-pin, two-screw receptacles allow for an operator to quickly align and fasten tooling in place. With our Rotary Cabinet Washer, flexibility is built in.

The nine parts in the picture to the right are all run in a single washer. In less than five minutes, an operator can change over from one part to another, all with one T-wrench that is holstered on the washer.
