Our
washer filtration systems will separate nozzle-clogging contaminants
from the wash solution. Following is the flow path in the washer’s
closed-loop system:
- Aqueous wash solution drains from enclosure into
a lift-out strainer basket that catches the large
debris (larger than .033”).
- Smaller size debris that passes through basket
mesh is encouraged by baffle to settle to bottom
of tank.
- To prevent any sizable particulate matter from
passing out of tank, the pump intake has an in-tank
screen that limits all but the smallest contaminants.
- Pumped solution then passes through a bag filter
that removes remaining small contaminants, preventing
spray nozzles from becoming obstructed. The bag filter
employs liners that are rated from 1 to 200 micron.
