Afraid a traditional
industrial parts washer won’t get your part clean? We know
that you, as a volume manufacturer, need to be sure that even tough
stains and hidden debris are washed away, while throughput is not
compromised. That is why we have developed three styles of high-throughput
aqueous conveyor washers that maintain part orientation, allowing
for the precision targeting of problem areas. Wash and liquid blowoff
are standard – rinse, full dry, and applying protectants is
quoted as an option. Pre and post washer material handling is also
available.

A cabinet washer is
a lower throughput solution that allows even more cleaning and
drying capability in a smaller footprint. Hand or auto loaded,
the rotary motion unit uses aqueous high pressure blasts and
low pressure flood to thoroughly clean parts, followed by a combination
of high pressure air and high volume regenerative air to strip
it dry. Then, the part can be hand or auto unloaded.
